• FOCUS I - “The Foundation” A 2 ½ day workshop that guides the participant as they identify limiting perceptions and how past experiences my influence or even inhibit effectiveness. Focus 1 provides a solid opportunity for the individual to examine their past, the basis of their relationships and set purposeful behavior into action. The insights gained are essential in making paradigm shifts that empower the participant in both their professional and personal environments.
• FOCUS II - “The Framework” Focus 2 begins 10 days following Focus I. A 4 ½ day workshop oriented to what it takes to build a successful future. Focus 2 builds off the core principles addressed in Focus I, offering learning experiences that enable the participant to put these tools into action. During this extended weekend, individuals reach a better understanding of themselves and others. They discover new ways to face life’s challenges with ease and excitement by allowing them to remove the barriers that prevent them from excelling. Focus 2 will prove to be one of the most extraordinary experiences of your life!
• MOMENTUM - “The Follow-up” is a 2 &1/2-day workshop designed to assist the participant in setting goals and integrating new skills in their work and home environment so as to create an intentional life directed towards a personal mission. New insights, challenges, support and fun are experienced with a familiar group of excelling individuals who aim high in their personal and professional growth.
